To facilitate our quality control and your safety and satisfaction, each batch of CBD component used in our manufacturing of products is analyzed by a reputable and certified third party laboratory with a full panel test, equivalent to Washington regulated cannabis requirements, for potency and contaminants to include heavy metals, solvents, pesticides and biotoxins. Each product that we manufacture is tested for potency so that we may certify to you that product purity and potency detailed on the label is correct.
Multiple samples from each manufactured batch of CBD products are retained by Kicking Mule Hemp for 3 years. One sample is sent to our Independent Third-Party Analytical Laboratory Additional laboratory for timely testing, with results received and published as proof before packaging. Additional samples are retained as insurance. Re-Testing may be commissioned with additional retained samples if necessary to duplicate results. Rest assured, the process includes safeguards so that you may trust but verify.
If the independent third-party laboratory analysis issues a report contrary to our intent, we make corrections and retest if appropriate. If the issue includes a contaminant, scrapping a component or product is a requirement, regardless of cost.
